When we say network printer, it means a stand-alone printer connected to a computer network. When a network printer has been successfully set up, it will always be available to all users in the network. A network printer can be connected wired or wirelessly. Wired connection is done by connecting it directly into your hub or router using an Ethernet cable. Wireless connection uses Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to connect to the network. After having it successfully set up, you may now share the printer with any computer in the network by following these steps: For Windows 7 users, Click on the Start button, Devices and Printers, Add a Printer, then a wizard will appear.
