Set an Network Printer
When we say network printer, it means a stand-alone printer connected to a computer network. When a network printer has been successfully set up, it will always be available to all users in the network. Because of this advantage, more and more inkjet and laser ones are designed with this functionality and are most commonly set up in an office environment.
A network printer can be connected wired or wirelessly. Wired connection is done by connecting it directly into your hub or router using an Ethernet cable. After having it successfully set up, you may now share the printer with any computer in the network by following these steps: For Windows 7 users, Click on the Start button, Devices and Printers, Add a Printer, then a wizard will appear. Select Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth Printer option, choose your printer from the list and then click Next.
