Printer doesn't print- Check the paper tray that it is not out of paper. 123.hp.com Check if you recently made changes to your printer settings. If you did, then restore the settings to resolve the problem. Ensure that your recently installed firewall or anti-virus program not interfering with the printer. If it is wireless printer, check your connection settings. If these are ok, 123.hp.com/setup then check that you have assigned a static IP address to your printer. If there is no static IP address, then assign one as your printer might look for new IP address every time you turn it on.
